Guam female canoeists qualified one boat for the Games through the result of highest rank eligible nation's in the women's C-1 200 metres event at the 2024 Oceania Canoe Sprint Qualifier in Penrith, Australia.[1]

Guam qualified two wrestlers at the 2024 African & Oceania Olympic Qualification Tournament in Alexandria, Egypt.[2]
