MarinaScape is a complex of two residential towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Oceanic Tower consists of 34 storeys and has a total structural height of 132 m (430 ft). The shorter tower, Avant Tower, consists of 26 storeys at a height of 104 m (340 ft). The towers was handed over to owners in December 2008.
The complex was developed by Trident International Holdings. Construction commenced in 2004 and was completed in 2008. The complex features a range of residential units, including 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, all equipped with modern amenities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium. Additional facilities include a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. The complex also boasts a barbecue area, children's play area, and a first aid medical center.[1]

2-bedroom apartments range from 1,653 sq. ft. to 2,491 sq. ft. They include two attached bathrooms and a powder room. These units feature a large balcony accessible from both the bedrooms and living area, a closed-style fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, double-glazed glass windows, and built-in wardrobes.
3-Bedroom Apartments
3-bedroom apartments range from 2,170 sq. ft. to 2,540 sq. ft. Each unit includes attached bathrooms, a powder room, a maid’s room, a laundry room, and a study room. They also feature a large balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Marina, a spacious living and dining area, a closed-style kitchen with appliances, and built-in wardrobes.
4-Bedroom Penthouse Apartments
4-bedroom penthouse apartments span approximately 9,354 sq. ft. and are spread over two floors. The lower floor comprises a living and sitting area, while the upper floor includes bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a closed-style kitchen, and a dining area. The upper floor also boasts a swimming pool. The entire unit features ceramic and wooden flooring, and double-glazed glass doors provide access to the swimming pool.[1]
