Tacuddin Kurdi (Kurdish: Tajdînê Kurdî) was an Islamic scholar in the Ottoman Empire during the 14th century. He taught at the Iznik Madrasah as the head teacher and trained many students in the madrasah. Tacuddin Kurdi, who received his religious education under Siraj al-Din Urmavi, had a madrasah built in Bursa. Tacuddin Kurdî was the father-in-law of Sheikh Edebali.[3]

When Tacuddin Kurdî died after 1350, the scholar Alâüddin Esved, known as Kara Hoca, was appointed as the professor of Iznik-Orhaniye Madrasa.[4][5]
