AM Sportscars Limited , previously A&M Sportscars , is a British manufacturer of automobiles.[1]

Company history[edit]

Adrian Morley and Malcolm Davey founded A&M Sportscars in Redditch, Worcestershire, in 1996. They began producing automobiles and kits. The brand name was AM. When Morley left the company, Davey renamed it AM Sportscars Limited . It is now part of Davey Automotive Engineering . A total of around 19 copies have been created so far.[2]

Vehicles[edit]

One model is the EX 2. The basis is a semi-spaceframe frame. A fiberglass coupe body is mounted on top. Various four-cylinder engines from Vauxhall Motors with a displacement of 1300 cm3 to 2000 cm3 are mounted in a mid-engine design and drive the rear wheels. The transmission has five gears.

The company itself also calls the model Imola.
